phhsky Terms and Conditions for Philippine Players

What These Terms Cover

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain a phhsky account, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age (as required under Philippine gaming regulations).
• You are physically located within the Philippines at the time of registration and gameplay.
• You are not a government official, PAGCOR employee, or any individual otherwise prohibited from participating in online gaming under Philippine law.
• You are registering as an individual, not on behalf of a corporate entity or third party.
• You have not been previously self-excluded or permanently banned from phhsky or any affiliated platform.

phhsky reserves the right to request valid government-issued identification (such as a Philippine National ID, passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS ID) at any time for verification purposes. Failure to provide documents may result in account suspension until full verification is completed.

Each player is allowed only one (1) phhsky account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bonuses, limits, or restrictions is a breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in forfeiture of all funds and permanent termination of all associated accounts.

3. Withdrawals and Payout Conditions

Withdrawals from your phhsky account are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be approved.
• Any active bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirements before the associated winnings become withdrawable.
• Withdrawal requests submitted before 3:00 PM PHT on banking days are generally processed within 24 hours. Requests after this cutoff are processed the next banking day.
• phhsky may request additional documentation for large withdrawals exceeding ₱50,000 per transaction as part of anti-money laundering (AML) compliance.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible, to maintain proper financial traceability.

5. Prohibited Activities and Fair Play Policy

phhsky operates on a strict fair-play foundation. The following activities are absolutely prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and possible reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotions through multi-accounting, coordinated group play, or any method designed to extract bonus value outside normal gameplay intent.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker, baccarat, or live dealer games.
• Fraud and chargebacks: Filing false payment disputes or chargebacks against phhsky with your bank or e-wallet provider.
• Software exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, VPNs to circumvent geo-restrictions, or any software tool not expressly authorised by phhsky.
• Money laundering: Using phhsky as a vehicle to process, layer, or integrate funds derived from illegal activities. phhsky complies fully with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines.
• Underage gaming: Attempting to register or play while under 21 years of age, or facilitating access for a minor.

6. Account Suspension, Closure, and Termination

phhsky reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for violations of these Terms and Conditions, at our sole discretion. In such cases:

• Real-money balances (excluding bonus funds and disputed winnings) will be returned to the player through their verified payment method within 10 banking days, unless the closure is related to fraud, money laundering, or legal proceedings.
• Bonus balances and any winnings derived entirely from bonus play will be forfeited upon account termination due to misconduct.
• Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting phhsky support via the registered email address. Processing takes up to 5 banking days.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on phhsky.net — including logos, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, and software — is the exclusive property of phhsky or its licensed content partners. Nothing in these phhsky Terms and Conditions grants you any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from phhsky content without prior written consent.

Game content and software provided by third-party game studios (such as JILI Games) remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are subject to their own licensing terms. Your use of these games through phhsky's platform constitutes acceptance of those terms as well.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

phhsky collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Republic Act 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012. By accepting these phhsky Terms and Conditions, you also acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

We collect only the data necessary to operate your account, verify your identity, process transactions, and comply with regulatory obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data is stored on secure servers and protected with industry-standard encryption.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted under Philippine law, phhsky shall not be liable for any loss or damage — including loss of winnings, data, business interruption, or consequential losses — arising from:

• Technical failures, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account due to your own failure to protect your login credentials.
• Actions or decisions you make based on information available on phhsky.net, including odds, statistics, or promotional descriptions.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers (banks, e-wallets, card networks).

phhsky makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. We will, however, make all commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and resolve any technical issues promptly.

10. Amendments to These Terms and Conditions

phhsky may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or operational practices. When we make material changes, we will:

• Post the updated Terms and Conditions on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
• Send an email notification to your registered phhsky email address at least 7 days before the changes take effect (for major amendments).
• Display an in-platform banner notification for significant changes.

Your continued use of phhsky after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the changes, you must discontinue use and request account closure before the effective date.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These phhsky Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. phhsky operates under a licence issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact our support team first. Most concerns are resolved within 5 banking days. If you remain unsatisfied, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's Compliance and Enforcement Department in accordance with their established procedures.

For matters that proceed to formal legal action, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
